Local Skills Investment Partnership
The Local Skills Investment Plan is an exciting new project for Herefordshire (as part of the Marches area). It provides a fantastic opportunity to focus on employers’ future skills needs and provides the means for them to articulate what these are in some depth.
The project focuses on four key sectors (Engineering/Manufacturing – including food and drink production; Professional Services; Construction – including Environmental Technologies; and Health and Social Care. However, all employees are welcome to have their say.
It is vital that Herefordshire’s needs are identified. To that end, employers are being asked to share their views. They can do this either by completing the survey or by setting up a one-to-one chat with project leads.
